Actress Ha Ji Won is confirmed to join the upcoming KBS drama “Curtain Call” (previously named as “Trees Die on Their Feet”).
“Curtain Call” is about an elder lady from North Korea who has not much time left to live, a young theatre actor who pretends to be the elderly’s grandson in order to fulfill her last wish, and a woman who falls in love with this young man.
Ha Ji Won will be Park Se Yeon, the general manager of “Hotel Nakwon”, as well as the youngest daughter of the family. Park Se Yeon goes through a whirlpool of fate after the apperance of a special guy.
“Curtain Call” will be helmed by director Yoon Sang Ho, whose previous work include “River Where the Moon Rises”, “King Maker: The change of Destiny”, “Saimdang, Light’s Diary” and screenwriter Cho Sang Geol who worked on movies “Hide and Seek” and “The Target”.
