According to OSEN, actress Cho Yi Hyun is reviewing offer to play Kang Mi Ro in “Vampire Chef”.

The drama is adapted from the popular webtoon of the same name. Vampire Hong Ki Jun is the owner and chef of a Itaewon restaurant. In order to let the taste of the blood of the mouth of his kindergarten friend he once tasted becomes as magnificient as before, he diligently feeds, manage and take care of her.

Cho Yi Hyun’s character Kang Mi Ro, the childhood friend of the half-vampire Hong Ki Jun, is gifted with blood with brilliant taste. However, after 30 years of living, as she has eaten too much fast food and lives with a irregular lifestyle, her blood now tastes rotten. Hong Ki Jun decides to take care of her, so that her blood would taste good again.

Artist Company, the agency of Cho Yi Hyun, stated that “Vampire Chef” is one of the offers that the actress is reviewing. It’s still undecided whether she will participate in the drama.

“Vampire Chef” is expected to start production in mid-March, and broadcast in 2nd half year of 2022.
